I originally ordered this item with the gold coating in the letters and received it and it didn't come out good. The gold was messed up. I contacted the seller and she was very nice and refunded the cost of the gold lettering and promptly sent a replacement without the gold. It seems tricky with letters that small in the font I selected. Great customer service!! The replacement item looks perfect. Thank you
